Year of Faith Lecture Series: "Faith and Freedom of Religion" – Wednesday, January 16th

We invite you to join the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception for a presentation by John Garvey, President of The Catholic University of America, as part of the ongoing Year of Faith Lecture and Event Series. Following the 5:15 p.m. Mass in the Crypt Church, President Garvey will present "Faith and Freedom of Religion" on Wednesday January 16, 2013. In his presentation he will discuss the surest foundation for religious freedom, the love of God, underscoring the most important thing we can do to improve respect for religious freedom is to keep the faith.
