One of my lay Dominican friends is a doctor in Charlottesville, Va, sent me a link to this site: http://www.fertilitycare.org She was recently certified in NAPRO and works with this nationwide network of doctors using NAPRO technology which uses natural methods to assist women in natural family planning and also to aid women struggling with infertility and other ailments that often stem from subtle or undiagnosed problems especially those related to hormonal imbalance.

She would make a terrific speaker at a prolife/women's night event targeting those who struggle with infertility. (She has a great conversion story of how she want from prescribing contraceptives to not -- if you are interested I'll send it to you)

A worried woman went to her gynecologist and said: 'Doctor, I have a serious problem and desperately need your help! My baby is not even 1 year old and I'm pregnant again. I don't want kids so close together.'

So the doctor said: 'Ok and what do you want me to do?'

She said: 'I want you to end my pregnancy, and I'm counting on your help with this.'

The doctor thought for a little, and after some silence he said to the lady: 'I think I have a better solution for your problem. It's less dangerous for you too.'

She smiled, thinking that the doctor was going to accept her request.

Then he continued: 'You see, in order for you not to have to take care 2 babies at the same time, let's kill your present one-year-old. This way, you could rest a little before the other one is born. If we're going to kill one of them, it doesn't matter which one it is. There would be no risk for your body if you chose to kill the one in your arms.'

The lady was horrified and said: 'No doctor! How terrible! It's a crime to kill a child!

'I agree', the doctor replied. 'But you seemed to be OK on killing your unborn child, so I thought maybe that you'd agree to kill the other one. I believe that what I propose, given your situation, is the best solution.'

The doctor smiled, realizing that he had made his point. He convinced the mom that there is no difference in killing a child that's already been born and one that's still in the womb.

The crime is the same!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you agree, please forward this to all your family and friends. Together we can help save many precious lives!
Love says: "I sacrifice myself for the good of the other person."
Abortion says: "I sacrifice the other person for the good of myself."
Women of St. Raphael
In a mother's womb were two babies. One asked the other: "Do you believe in life after delivery?" The other replies, "why, of course. There has to be something after delivery. Maybe we are here to prepare ourselves for what we will be later. "Nonsense," says the other. "There is no life after delivery. What would that life be?" "I don't know, but there will be more light than here. Maybe we will walk with our legs and eat from our mouths." The other says "This is absurd! Walking is impossible. And eat with our mouths? Ridiculous. The umbilical cord supplies nutrition. Life after delivery is to be excluded. The umbilical cord is too short." "I think there is something and maybe it's different than it is here." the other replies, "No one has ever come back from there. Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery it is nothing but darkness and anxiety and it takes us nowhere." "Well, I don't know," says the other, "but certainly we will see mother and she will take care of us." "Mother??" You believe in mother? Where is she now? "She is all around us. It is in her that we live. Without her there would not be this world." "I don't see her, so it's only logical that she doesn't exist." To which the other replied, "sometimes when you're in silence you can hear her, you can perceive her." I believe there is a reality after delivery and we are here to prepare ourselves for that reality....Hhhmmm sound familiar??
